Urea nitrogen with NBPT inhibitor  (N-NH2)              46

Uni Grow N-46, is a urease inhibitor fertilizer which is developed to improve nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency. Urease inhibitors delay hydrolyzes of urea fertilizer and thereby decreases ammonia volatilization. When it is applied with proper dosage; it helps to increase yield and qualiy. It can be applied with less dosages than other nitrogenous fertilizers.

Effect of UNI GROW N-46 on plants:

  • Provides more homogeneous growth in the plant.
  • Provides extended nitrogen effiency.
  • Provides less nitrat leaching.
  • It has less burning chance.
  • Provides labor saving.

Urea fertilization is known to be susceptible to nitrogen losses by ammonia volatilization and depending on fertilizer practices, soil type and environmental conditions this loss can reach 50% of the total nitrogen applied. One approach for reducing potential losses of nitrogen in urea fertilization is to reduce urea hydrolyzes by inhibiting urease activity. Urease is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea into carbon dioxide and ammonia.

With the inhibition of urease, urea fertilizer can pass into the ground or be connected to the soil without hydrolysis to NH3.
In this way, it helps to reduce the loss of nitrogen in gas form by keeping it by soil calloids. NBPT [N- (n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide] effect is a well-known urease inhibitor. The most important advantage of NBPT is that it can perform urease inhibition even at low concentrations in different soil types.
